"Part 3 of the Gravity Body Academy completed. This segment covered the muscular system as well as the functions and differences between tendons and ligaments. Rather than use the 3-D model, Gerald used his coloring book from his time at SI school. Lots of names here but, the color coded pictures help as you are guided with Gerald’s expertise narration, from head to toe, to see all the little fine details throughout the body. Excited to start watching the actually body work videos done by Gerald and @artisticvegan77 Christa Clark as they show the techniques and methods behind this spiritual work.
