After taking a break from writing the game design document (7 levels and 19 missions) decided to resume some feature development while networking and looking to assemble a team to take this effort to the goal line. Added FPS mode, aim point, red-blue team identifiers, and some melee opposition inside the Ekur fortress which spawn automatically each time a player enters the inner chamber without loot. Only one will spawn with the loot, but the number is unlimited otherwise. Also added a reflective plane to Lagoon Del Muerte and upped the water pain damage quite a bit. For testing, created input key to allow possessing Crunch and running his character thru the terrain model. In FPS mode, both the rapid fire left weapon (with laser aiming) and the rapid fire right (Particle Weapon) are easy to aim with the new cross-hair overlay on the camera. This was an issue firing from the left weapon as it was very hard to aim in third person perspective mode. This is much better now. Multiplayer mode testing is underway, progress thus far allows multi-players to experience the mission independently. Need an expert on the game mode states to set up a multiplayer test for online.
