Good news for Odyssey Ki! We have a new team member on board, an award winning freelance artist, Kevin S. with AnimateMyArt.com.

Here is more about Kevin: "I grew up loving art and 3d animation, I have over the years worked in the gaming and technical industry’s and I currently work as an independent freelance artist. I love to animate just about anything I can. I am a strong environmental artist that loves creating rich detailed scenes." He continues to state "I use both Iclone and Hitfilm they are both vital tools for any projects I create. They are streamlined and simple to use products. In a short time these products have enabled me to create over 160 animations and videos. Backyard butterfly swarm with a feline visitor

I am working on a scene in the Odyssey Ki movie trailer that requires a lagoon and wanted a swarm of butterflies of different colors. My cat Sunny was surprised by a 3D model lioness I am experimenting with to use in an African overflight scene. This video shows what you can do to your own back yard to make it more interesting. in this compositing practice video of my backyard with a birdbath and watering hole for visitors added some Iclone Bamboos, some flowers, the single lioness (could be a whole pack or whatever). Next time will use a good camera (must get one) and a tripod for a more stable clip that is longer to play with. No Audio for this one...

​King Alalu (Taleron) and Anu (Braknai) Fight and Escape Animation

Odyssey Ki Trailer Source for T5. This is raw animation fight PNG sequence no background image or sound effects but some good tunes to watch with. I have a background crowd and arena composite as well as light and energy effects for the UFO sucking Taleron onboard to escape. There are explosions (which I might share) and a dogfight in the actual movie as part of the escape sequence as well as a cockpit view with Saurama unmasking at the edge of the arena before snatching up the defeated king Taleron and unleashing some heinous alien weapons on the crowd cheering Braknai's victory. This is the raw animation without the composited arena and crowd backgrounds. Enjoy seeing the tyrant get smacked down in the Uribanni Arena, unfortunately before he was shown to be dispatched, the craft piloted by commander Saurama rescues him as he flees thru the planet Ki portal in exile

P​lanet Ki Scavenger Hunt for Gold, Orichalcum, and Stibium at Eridu

Odyssey Ki Trailer Segment T6.1 introduces the planet Ki advanced team that arrived in the Persian Gulf circa 450,000 years ago having departed planet Uribanni to obtain resources the 7th planet, our Earth. The sea of reeds surrounding Eridu is the location for the garden of ED.IN as discussed in the Bible. Hothsaye built Eridu as his "earth station one" or home far away in order to stage the plans for his assigned mission. For those that understand the alchemy invloved with producing starfire gold, stibium should be obvious as to their intent. Tapmahr and Kushku are tasked with searching the earth for the desired rare earth metals and the encounters are epic. For the trailer, will only be doing a subset of the full scene planned for Odyssey Ki.

Odyssey Ki Blockbuster Movie Countdown Timer Activated

This simulation only uses physics from Iclone, the first domino falls due to a slight offset centering of the constraint pivot that gravity causes to fall into the next domino until reaching a hidden stack of dominoes (50) that have particle physics bombs inside waiting to be triggered then the bounding constraints of the other particles stacked one on top of the other are essentially projectiles with Brownian motion impacts. The point constraint that allows the marquee to swing has its constraints violated by a projectile which breaks the connection and it becomes a projectile, but much larger with a different mass. The final fun with particles was done in HitFilm.
