Odyssey Ki Trailer Segment T1.1

​After a needed break from social media and all electronics for a while, the inspiration to make the Odyssey Ki movie has returned. Many thanks to all those that have supported my work and have helped support the GoFundMe campaign. The monetary goal was not reached so I will delay adding help until the funds permit it. In the interim, the funds raised have allowed 3D set prop model purchases and software and license fees to be resolved. Some of the funds will be allocated to a higher end video card or computer based on response. The world is moving to 4K UHD and then will be 8K. My 2009 model PC is at its limits even with upgrades.

Sea of Reeds at Persian Gulf Delta

A special thank you to Renee Molinary that has been at the helm of the campaign from the beginning. This trailer segment ( https://youtu.be/GlTLQIkOllI ) will serve as part of the 9-scenes that has been chosen to represent the movie. The setting is the year 2003, Southern Iraq at a ziggurat temple located near a sea of reeds, like Eridu. Part two of the segment involves a group of soldiers that are involved in recovering a cuneiform tablet from inside the structure. The theme of the scene is modern discovery of the “now classified” written records of the Sumerians, a process that has been ongoing since the turn of the century. 

The next part of the trailer segment will be completed shortly involving realistic soldiers finding the sought after cuneiform clay tablet hidden inside. Bring a flashlight and shovel for this odyssey!!!
