Good news for Odyssey Ki! We have a new team member on board, an award winning freelance artist, Kevin S. with AnimateMyArt.com. Pictures by Kevin found here.
Wanted to take a moment to thank you ALL who have supported me over the years, and a special thank you to all who have donated, supporting the movie Odyssey Ki! A new PC is en route as a result which will enable better and quicker turn-around! Plus, if I can get one more, I'll have a master at CGI on board who has done work for NASA and more. Makes you wonder what is real?
Odyssey Ki Trailer T5.6 with Braknai and Taleron Fight and Escape Sequence. I used screen casting of the scrolling rendered image directory to share what the animators of the past had to do to create a movie out of individual frames. This simple demo gives you the idea of the awesome power with CGI. These first edition PNG Images were rendered at 30 fps 4K UHD in 16 hours whereas it would take an individual or a team of old-style animators a lot of time to replicate this feat. I hope to have upgraded equipment to deal with the long turn around times rendering. Thanks to all who have supported this effort by participating in the GoFundMe Campaign which is denoted on the Odyssey Ki Movie Page here:

I have noticed that combining 3D models with actual footage blurs the lines of reality. Here is an example from a home video I did today, surprised by a winged visitor, that was apparently on the lookout for food...Claw mark clipart from clipart.com, isn't nature wonderful...??? Hope my cat Sunny avoids this part of the circle of life...When CGI Eagles Attack from the back yard...Watch out! I learned a few things today thinking about how to do this simple task. I originally thought about the claw marks cause I need some on a warrior that gets too close to some blades...
